• Craft and execute Mediterranean dishes that wow both in taste and presentation.
• Take center stage at live cooking stations—interactive, engaging, and full of flair.
• Design beautiful setups that scream luxury and attention to detail.
• Work closely with the banqueting team to create menus that fit each event's theme.
• Keep food hygiene and safety top-tier—no compromises.
• Lead and inspire your kitchen team to deliver excellence every time.
• Manage ingredient inventory—fresh, authentic, and always stocked.
• Stay ahead of trends, introducing new dishes and presentation styles.
• Be event-ready, ensuring every station is prepped, equipped, and flawless.

• A Mediterranean cuisine expert with a passion for live cooking and guest interaction.
• Detail-obsessed when it comes to food presentation and station setups.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• A natural leader with great communication and team management skills.
• Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene (certification is a plus).
• Flexible with schedules—because the best banquets don’t always happen at 9 to 5!
