The Position
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the business plan for your geographical area to ensure that the company objectives and sales targets are achieved.

Your will:


  • Measure, track, evaluate, and present key metrics: prescription depth and breadth planning.
  • Contribute to the national business plan by achieving targets through implementing marketing and promotion strategies for Novo Nordisk products to healthcare practitioners.
  • Take an entrepreneurial approach with a high level of ownership in the role.
  • Demonstrate a high understanding of customer needs, adapting action plans to maximize opportunities and address challenges, ensuring diligent and timely follow-up.
  • Work across various external stakeholders including KOLs, physicians, pharmacists, and hospital management.



Qualifications


  • You’re holding a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, and you are certified to work.
  • You have 0-2 years’ experience in sales within pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Good computer skills are required (Windows, Word, and Excel); prior computer experience using sales data/call reporting software will be ideal.
  • You’re able to travel on a regular basis within Makkah-Taif and Jeddah area.
  • You’re proficient in English.

  • You have an aptitude for learning and an ability to communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information, as well as value preposition for the product(s) under your responsibility.

About The Department

The Diabetes Care Sales Team that leads Novo Nordisk’s Diabetes product portfolio in Saudi Arabia, which includes world class therapies for the treatment of diabetes and the reduction of adverse cardiovascular events. As part of the team, you will be responsible to promote NN products, have frontline exposure to our portfolio vision, business strategies, and critical market insights that drive our business forward. You will drive the NN GLP-1 & Insulin portfolio strategy to ensure that the latest therapies and products reach the people who need them most.
