Key Accountabilities

• Lead and inspire a team of mechanical engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the mechanical sector.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, solving complex engineering challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies for the mechanical sector to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for growth, areas of improvements, and cost reduction within the sector.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
• Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and documentation.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure that project goals and objectives are met and that quality standards are maintained.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Degree in Engineering or related field).
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the mechanical engineering industry with a strong focus on mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of maintenance software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
