Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and oversee mechanical systems for hospital and healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical designs into overall project plans.
- Prepare detailed mechanical drawings, specifications, and calculations for HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that mechanical installations meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and innovations in mechanical engineering related to healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in hospital and healthcare facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in mechanical design software (e.g.,AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
