Black & White Engineering is a multi-award-winning engineering consultancy, with over 1000 employees in teams based in our UK, European, Middle East and Asia Pacific offices. We have been providing a wide range of engineering consultancy services since 2007.
We are hiring a Saudi National, certified with the Saudi Council of Engineers. Reporting to the Principal Engineer, this role is part of a multi-disciplined team responsible for providing sound technical design support on mechanical or electrical engineering disciplines, to ensure project requirements and clients’ specifications are fully met.

Reporting to the Principal Engineer, this role is part of a multi-disciplined team responsible for providing sound technical design support on mechanical or electrical engineering disciplines, to ensure project requirements and clients’ specifications are fully met.
Role Responsibilities
- Compile specifications, drawings and relevant contract documents as directed.
- Maintain the required technical quality of work, ensuring that designs comply with the relevant Codes, Standards, Regulations and Procedures.
- Contribute as part of a multi-disciplinary design team to ensure successful preparation and delivery on project objectives.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the company by identifying new opportunities and potential areas for growth and also maintaining and developing existing client relationships.
- Provide electrical or mechanical engineering services design for buildings and infrastructure.
- React to scope and schedule changes implemented in accordance with the Change Control Process.
- Other reasonable duties as appropriate.

- Awareness of H&S policies and procedures and impact on yourself and team
- Ensure all staff members complete mandatory compliance training when required
- Report any accidents, incidents, near misses appropriately
- Apply initiative and ownership to all key areas of responsibility.
- BSc/BEng or HND/HNC in appropriate engineering discipline
- Associate or student member of an appropriate professional body, such as CIBSE, IET.
- Understanding of principles of MEP design for a range of building types
- Knowledge of MS Office applications Word, Excel etc
- Knowledge of relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD, NES, Cymap)
- Understanding of existence of applicable legal/regulatory requirements, codes and standards and laws
