As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling components such as Compressors, Motors, pipes, and baseplate per assembly drawings.
- Operating Overhead Carne to movie equipment
- Working within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
- Assembling /disassembly, adjust and install mechanical to meet tolerance and product operating requirements
- Performing basic mathematical calculations. Good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools, power tools needed for assembly and precision measuring equipment.
- Performing testing such as hydrotest and pneumatic test.
- Performing alignment for Centrifugal Compressor and electrical motor with gearbox.
- Complying with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental directives and regulations
- Ownership for completion of QC Sheets, manufacturing forms, completion work forms
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years experience in packaging lines.
- Experience in mechanical activities such as assembly pipes & equipment, testing.
- Good to have Knowledge of packaging manufacturing operations.
- Good to have experience in alignment for Centrifugal Compressor and electrical motor with gearbox.
- Good to have experience Knowledge of the product: Centrifugal Compressor, Gas Turbine, Electrical Motor, Gearbox.
- Knowledge of packaging drawings read and understand.
- Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective gloves , Safety glass etc.)
- Deftness and attention to detail
- Proficient in English
