The Role You Could Play 

We’re looking for a Store Operations Specialist to join our MECCA Hornsby team on a Fulltime contract

Our store Operations Specialists are responsible for creating and maintaining an exceptional in-store environment, enabling customers to self-serve for a seamless experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Keeping all stock managed and controlled
• Ensuring shelves are replenished as needed and of a high standard
• Managing and executing monthly Visual Merchandising (VM) and promotion set-ups
• Ensuring store VM and appearance standards are met
• Work closely with store leadership team to empower, train and develop the store teams performance on store operations tasks and procedures

Previous experience in visual merchandising, stock-control and back-of-house operations in a retail environment is required.
