Bourke St is brimming with over 200 brands, 80 exciting new experiences and beauty services, as well as unique product curations and never-seen-before MECCA destinations. From clinical skin services to a Beauty Atelier, the biggest MECCA Perfumeria, an auditorium for MECCAVersity, an Apothecary, and an entire mezzanine dedicated to gifting, this is MECCA's vision for the future of beauty brought to life.

An exciting opportunity is now available as a Service Manager at the newly opened MECCA Bourke St in Fragrance! In this role, you'll work closely with the Trading Manager to drive exceptional service experience and support your specialist team to ensure store service standards and protocols are always upheld. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience by bringing to life innovative ideas in line with promotions and workshops to support our growth in leading beauty services.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
As Service Manager, you will work on a full-time basis. This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade.This will include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade, working alternate weekends on a 9day fortnight rotation.

- Leads by example in delivering exceptional service and supports the team to uphold store service standards
- Collaborates with the Flagship store Manager to build and lead a high-performing team, providing support to Specialists
- Ensures smooth store operations, monitoring supplies and tester levels in all service zones, including the Beauty Lab
- Develops and communicates the MECCA Trade Plan for store services, securing approval from the Trading Manager and Assistant Trading Manager
- Contributes to overall store performance by identifying and driving actions to improve and grow services
- Partners with Concierge to ensure a seamless customer journey through the store
- Operates with agility and applies critical thinking to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment
- Extensive experience (minimum 2 years) managing a small format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
- Strong stakeholder management experience, internally and externally
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
- A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships
