المهام والمسؤوليات:
- وضع وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية الشاملة للتسويق الإلكتروني للشركة.
- إدارة الحملات الإعلانية عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي (Meta – TikTok – Snapchat – X – YouTube).
- إدارة وتحسين الحملات عبر Google Ads (بحث – عرض – فيديو – Shopping).
- تحليل البيانات وتقارير الأداء واتخاذ قرارات تعزيز النتائج KPI Optimization.
- الإشراف على المحتوى الرقمي وتصميم الخطط الشهرية للمحتوى وجدول النشر.
- تطوير الهوية الرقمية والـBrand Positioning للشركة.
- إدارة الميزانيات الإعلانية وضمان أعلى عائد على الاستثمار ROI.
- تحسين الظهور في محركات البحث SEO وإدارة حملات SEM.
- متابعة المنافسين ودراسة السوق الرقمية وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة.
- قيادة الفريق التسويقي الداخلي أو الخارجي (وكالات – مستقلين).
- الإشراف على الحملات البريدية Email Marketing وأنظمة CRM.
- متابعة وتحسين تجربة المستخدم UX للموقع أو المنصة الإلكترونية.
- ابتكار أفكار تسويقية وحملات مبتكرة لزيادة العملاء والمبيعات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، الإعلام الرقمي، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- شهادات احترافية (يفضل):
- Google Ads – Meta Blueprint – SEO – Digital Marketing Nanodegree
- إتقان استخدام أدوات التحليل: Google Analytics – Tag Manager – Data Studio.
- إتقان منصات الإعلان وإدارة الحملات المدفوعة.
- إلمام قوي بأدوات التصميم .
- مهارات عالية في إعداد التقارير والمهارات التحليلية.
- إيجاد اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة .
الخبرات المطلوبة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية في إدارة التسويق الإلكتروني.
- خبرة مثبتة في قيادة حملات ناجحة وتحقيق نتائج واضحة KPI.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق العمل والتعامل مع الوكالات الإعلانية.
- خبرة في إدارة ميزانيات إعلانية متوسطة إلى كبيرة.
