Responsibilities:
  • Project Management

  • Project Engineering

  • Tendering & Bidding (Pricing Projects)
    • فرص عمل
  • Project procurement & Material Submittals

  • MEP Design Coordination with Technical Team & Client / Consultant

  • Fire protection systems installations and Commissioning.

  • Control schematics.

  • Engineering specifications & Code, standards compliance.

  • Quality Management

  • Contractor Management

  • Value engineering Close out & commissioning of projects.

  • Measuring and verifications

  • Job Type: Full-time

    • الشروط والمهارات:
    • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, A Master's degree is preferred.
    • Proven experience as an MEP Projects Manager (Construction) or similar role, (Min 06 + as an MEP Projects Manager) in Construction companies
    • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing MEP projects, teams and subcontractors
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues and conflicts.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
