المسؤوليات:
– وضع خطط وسياسات الشراء بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة ومشاريعها
– الإشراف على عملية التوريد من اختيار الموردين إلى استلام المواد
– إجراء عمليات تقييم العروض ومفاوضات الأسعار لضمان الحصول على أفضل قيمة.
– إعداد ومراجعة العقود مع الموردين، وضمان الامتثال للشروط التعاقدية.
– تقييم أداء الموردين بشكل دوري
– التعاون مع أقسام المشاريع والهندسة لتحديد احتياجات المشتريات وضمان تلبيتها.
– العمل مع القسم المالي لتخصيص الميزانيات ومراقبة الإنفاق
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
– بكالوريس هندسة معمارية او مدنية
– خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة المشتريات في قطاع الانشاء و المقاولات
– إلمام جيد بأنظمة وإجراءات المشتريات و العقود
