الوصف الوظيفي: 

يتولى مدير المبيعات العقارية مسؤولية قيادة فريق المبيعات، ووضع الخطط والاستراتيجيات البيعية، وتحقيق 

مستهدفات المبيعات، وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء، مع متابعة أداء الفريق وتحسينه بشكل مستمر. 


المهام والمسؤوليات: 


  • قيادة وإدارة فريق المبيعات العقارية وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء. 
  • وضع وتنفيذ خطط واستراتيجيات المبيعات بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة. 
  • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية وزيادة الحصة السوقية. 
  • تدريب وتطوير فريق المبيعات ورفع كفاءتهم البيعية. 
  • بناء علاقات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع العملاء والمستثمرين. 
  • متابعة السوق العقاري وتحليل المنافسين وتحديد الفرص الجديدة. 
  • إعداد التقارير الدورية عن أداء المبيعات ورفعها للإدارة العليا. 
  • التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى لضمان أفضل تجربة للعملاء. 


المؤهلات والمتطلبات: 


  • خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات العقارية مع سجل ناجح في تحقيق الأهداف. 
  • مهارات قيادية وإدارية عالية في إدارة الفرق. 
  • قدرة عالية على التفاوض والإقناع وبناء العلاقات. 
  • فهم عميق لسوق العقارات والمنتجات العقارية. 
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وضمن بيئة عمل تنافسية.
