نبحث عن كفاءات سعودية متمكنة تمتلك خبرة في إدارة المخزون وإعداد التقارير، إضافة إلى القدرة على شراء المنتجات عبر المنصات الإلكترونية.
- إدخال وتحديث بيانات المخزون بدقة عالية.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية للمدراء لمتابعة الأداء والمخزون.
- متابعة وتنفيذ عمليات الشراء أونلاين وتوثيقها.
- التعاون مع الفرق الأخرى لضمان سلاسة سير العمليات.
- حفظ وتنظيم السجلات والملفات ذات الصلة بالعمليات التشغيلية.
- سعودية الجنسية.
- خبرة عملية في برامج إدارة المخزون.
- معرفة جيدة بإعداد وصياغة التقارير الإدارية.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج الأوفيس.
- مهارات دقيقة في التنظيم والانتباه للتفاصيل.
- خبرة سابقة في شراء المنتجات أونلاين.
