المهام والمسؤوليات:أولاً: المبيعات الهاتفية
- إجراء المكالمات مع العملاء المحتملين للترويج للمنتجات أو الخدمات.
- شرح مزايا العروض والمنتجات بشكل واضح ومقنع.
- تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية للمبيعات المحددة من الإدارة.
- إدخال بيانات العملاء وتحديثها بشكل دقيق في نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
- المتابعة مع العملاء المحتملين وتحويلهم إلى عملاء فعليين.
- معالجة الاعتراضات والرد على استفسارات العملاء بشكل احترافي.
- الرد على مكالمات واستفسارات العملاء وتقديم الحلول المناسبة لمشاكلهم.
- تقديم الدعم الفني أو التوجيهي فيما يخص المنتجات أو الطلبات.
- متابعة الشكاوى أو الطلبات المفتوحة وضمان حلها ضمن الوقت المحدد.
- بناء علاقة ثقة ورضا مع العملاء للحفاظ على ولائهم.
- العمل كحلقة وصل بين العميل والإدارات الأخرى (مثل قسم الشحن أو الدعم الفني).
- لباقة في الحديث ومهارات تواصل عالية.
- مهارة الإقناع والقدرة على التعامل مع مختلف أنماط العملاء.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وأنظمة إدارة العملاء.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف.
- الانضباط في العمل والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
