Material Planner.

Responsibilities

·      Run the MRP – MPS function on a weekly basis.

·      Prepare and submit request for work orders to the production department.

·      Prepare and submit request for purchase orders purchase orders to the buyers for direct and indirect materials and products.

·      Check delivery of material from production and suppliers to order acknowledgement of sales orders.

·      Facilitate the Sales & Operation Planning process according the Group Logistics guidelines for S&OP.

·     Maintain and improve the housekeeping for the office (clean-desk) and systems (Navision maintenance lead-times).

Qualifications

·      Basic understanding of ERP / MRP systems (business solution systems for material requirement and capacity requirements, supporting financial reporting).

·      Basic understanding of INCO-terms and import / export processes.

·      Fresh graduate with supply chain management background or maximum two years of experience.

·      Ability to manage tasks and be a strong team player.

·      Good technical support and presentations skills.

·      Good computer skills in MS Office software.

·      Good English speaking and writing.

·      Persistent.

·      Team player.
