Industry Energy technology (IET) part of Baker Hughes Company operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

Partner with the best

As a Material Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing master planning, material processes and systems, preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs and optimizing inventory and process improvements.
• Redefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering, planning, maintenance).
• Handling latitude in manufacturing techniques and manufacturing process requires choosing right approaches.
• Managing the Warehouse and set up the process for receiving, issuing, and shipping to customer.
• Managing all of the Material Transactions in Oracle.
• Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > 1.5 million.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have minimum of 5 years of experience in materials planning, execution, warehousing and inventory management.
• Have experience leading a team.
• Have experience using Oracle or SAP system.
• Have Fluency in English and Arabic.
