Strategic Planning & Market Analysis:
- Developing and executing the annual Marketing Plan. This includes performing in-depth market potential analysis across various channels, identifying key target segments, and ensuring all activities are aligned with overall business growth objectives.
- Take the lead on planning, implementing, and rigorously monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional). This includes overseeing Brand Activation projects, managing social media channels, and directing the localization and distribution of essential marketing materials like product catalogues and data books.
- Manage the delivery of a superior brand experience by organizing and maintaining the Dealer Showroom and all retail development tools and resources. This duty also involves coordinating the production and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional items to effectively support and maintain the existing regional dealer network.
- Drive the overall digital content strategy by managing and optimizing the company's website (SEO/SEM, content updates) and digital assets to maximize visibility and lead generation. This includes collaborating with Product teams to ensure accurate and compelling online product messaging and maintaining digital infrastructure for campaign tracking.
- Maintain strict financial control by continually monitoring, controlling, and reporting on the Marketing budget, and accurately handling all necessary billing and payments processing. This includes managing the procurement of new vendors and suppliers and ensuring a smooth relationship for all external services.
- Serve as the primary liaison for critical events and information flow. This involves leading the coordination for industry trade shows, product seminars, and internal training sessions. It also includes managing complex travel itineraries, agendas for dealer trips, and producing periodic activity reports for the marketing department.
- Provide the team with daily guidance, mentorship, and work allocation to ensure project milestones are met effectively, including coaching & skill development.
Experience & Knowledge
Strong experience working in marketing or other related fields.
- Strong knowledge of consumer industry & the ability to think critically and creatively
