Role Description:
We invest an incredible amount of energy and resources into building unique relationships with our users while delivering an unrivaled service. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us build on that relationship and to help us spread our message to every household in Saudi Arabia. The Marketing Specialist’s role is to organize innovative marketing campaigns built on creative assets. An entrepreneurial spirit, creative problem-solving, and an ownership mentality are key pre-requisites for this role.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute high-performing marketing campaigns by defining clear ad set requirements and audience targeting strategies
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance in collaboration with the digital marketing team, ensuring effective ad spend and impactful messaging
Content Creation
- Lead brainstorming and content creation workshops to develop compelling ad concepts and high-converting scripts
- Oversee the full content production lifecycle—from ideation to execution—working closely with design teams and partners to ensure quality and consistency
Audience Engagement & Research
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to build community and maintain a strong connection with UULA’s user base
- Expand our brand ambassador program by nurturing loyal users and identifying new advocates through data-driven audience research
Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with marketing vendors, partners, and external collaborators to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery
- Act as the primary marketing contact, representing the company in all related communications and decision-making processes in Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
- You are a concise, structured communicator and adaptable team player
- Native Arabic fluency – comfortable with creating content in the Saudi dialect
- 2 to 5 years of experience in creating marketing content and managing marketing campaigns
- Experience in ensuring consistent design and communication between marketing and platform digital asset portfolio
- Deep understanding of Saudi cultural norms and habits across the country’s key population segments
- Connected to the pulse of the nation and are in-tune with the latest news, events, and trends
- Goal-oriented problem solver who can structure and execute their own workstream end-to-end without intervention
Note: We are only considering candidates based in Riyadh.
Nice to Have:
- Professional marketing certifications
- Proficiency in graphics design software (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, Figma, etc.)
- Previous marketing experience working with digital platforms or SAAS platforms
- Understanding of the Saudi Public Education System
