Role Purpose:
The Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in promoting Al Salama Hospital's services, enhancing its public image, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role involves developing and executing marketing initiatives, managing digital and traditional campaigns, coordinating with clinical departments, and organizing outreach events to drive brand awareness and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote hospital services, specialties, and health awareness campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify audience needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with hospital objectives.
- Coordinate with management to prioritize campaigns based on service demand and public health relevance.
2. Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website updates, Google Ads, and email newsletters.
- Create and schedule engaging content across digital platforms to maintain active online presence.
- Monitor performance analytics to optimize campaigns and improve audience targeting.
- Ensure website and digital platforms are consistently updated with accurate, relevant content.
3. Coordinate with doctors and departments to highlight medical expertise, success stories, and patient education.
- Collect case studies, testimonials, and educational insights for content development.
- Support departments in preparing visuals, videos, or interviews for marketing use.
- Align messaging with clinical accuracy and patient confidentiality standards.
4. Organize events and community outreach initiatives that align with the hospital’s mission.
- Plan logistics for events such as health fairs, seminars, or awareness days.
- Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and media for greater community reach.
- Promote events through online and offline channels to maximize participation.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve engagement and ROI.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
- Generate monthly reports with key performance indicators and strategic insights.
- Recommend adjustments to messaging, targeting, or budget allocation based on results.
6. Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all materials.
- Ensure all designs and written content align with hospital brand guidelines.
- Review marketing collateral for tone, visual consistency, and accuracy.
- Train internal teams on proper brand usage in presentations and communications.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing roles.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in digital content creation, including social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms is a plus.
