Key Responsibilities:


Brand Understanding & Application:

  • Demonstrate a general understanding of brand elements and their importance in marketing initiatives.
  • Adhere to existing brand guidelines and contribute to maintaining brand consistency across touchpoints.
  • Has a good understanding of brand research methodologies which includs market analysis, customer insights, competitive landscape assessments and mystry shoppers.
  • Has the ability to understand and work within established brand parameters.
  • Be aware of market trends and consumer insights relevant to the brand.
  • Monitor and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality creative output.
  • Maintain visual consistency in all design elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends and campaigns.


Integrated Marketing Communications (including PR, CSR & Partnerships):

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (360 campaigns) across multiple channels.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and market share.
  • Negotiate and manage marketing agreements with agencies, sponsors, service providers, and partners.
  • Monitor brand performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns, analyzing results and making adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and manage CSR initiatives that align with the company's values, contribute to the community and track their impact.


Competitor Analysis:

  • Regularly monitor and analyze competitor activities, identifying trends, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Use competitor insights to inform marketing initiatives and fill opportunity gaps.
  • Prepare reports on competitor analysis findings and recommendations.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in marketing or a related role minimum.
  • Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns, including PR and partnerships and portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Strong creative design thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in graphic designing is a plus.
  • Arabic - English Language
