Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Creation – Develop and execute content plans for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms to engage and attract target audiences.
• SEO & Website Optimization – Improve website rankings through keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical optimizations to enhance organic traffic.
• Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and analyze social media campaigns, engage with followers, and track performance metrics across different platforms.
• Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads) – Create and manage online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Email Marketing & Automation – Develop email campaigns, segment audiences, and optimize open rates and click-through rates using tools.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years' of marketing experience.
