Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. This role is crucial in executing and managing our marketing strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and driving our company's growth objectives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Core Marketing Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote properties and services in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends, evaluate competitors’ strategies, and uncover new opportunities in the real estate industry.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to organize promotional events, conferences, and campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging across all marketing channels. Organize purchase orders and track payments with the finance team, ensuring timely approvals and processing
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, external agencies, creative partners, and event agencies to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Handle the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent, engaging, and strategic content aligned with brand objectives.
- Activate and supervise ATL, BTL, B2B, B2C, and B2G marketing campaigns, events, and brand strategies.
- Plan and manage conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to achieve leasing and business development targets.
- Meet agreed marketing-related KPIs for the mall in collaboration with the Senior Manager - Malls Marketing and Mall Manager.
Essential Skills and Qualifications for Marketing Success
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years' experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, and content management systems.
- Proven track record of creating engaging content and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Desirable Experience and Traits in Marketing
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments, with an understanding of customer journey and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Experience in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
