Job Overview:


We seek a Marketing Specialist with over two years of experience in executing impactful marketing campaigns tailored for the Fintech sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative writing skills and the ability to swiftly adapt to the ever-changing financial landscape. This role is essential for enhancing our marketing strategies, engaging our audience, and promoting our innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


1- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns—focusing on digital, social media, In App, and email—designed to engage our target audience and drive user acquisition and retention.

2- Creative Writing: Develop clear, engaging content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media content, newsletters, and promotional resources that resonate with our audience's needs and interests.

3- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer behaviors, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in the Fintech space, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.

4- Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and tech teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with product launches and company objectives, delivering cohesive messaging across all platforms.

5- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness and ROI.

6- Adaptability: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies in Fintech, swiftly adapting marketing strategies to meet market demands and competitive pressures.

Qualifications:


1- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.

2- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Fintech or financial services sector, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.

3- Strong creative writing skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into accessible and engaging content.

4- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

5- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

6- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

7- A proactive approach and the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
