General Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products, services, or brand.
2. Enhance brand awareness and visibility in the target market.
3. Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels.
4. Support business development efforts through market research and promotional activities.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversions).
2. Digital Marketing:
• Manage social media accounts and online presence.
• Coordinate SEO/SEM strategies to drive web traffic.
• Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and CRM updates.
3. Content Creation:
• Develop content for websites, brochures, newsletters, social media, and other promotional materials.
• Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
4. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
• Assist in segmenting target audiences for more effective outreach.
5. Event & Partnership Support:
• Organize marketing events, product launches, or trade shows.
• Liaise with external vendors, partners, and media outlets as needed.
6. Internal Coordination:
• Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2. Experience: 1–3 years in a marketing-related role (entry-level); 3–5+ years for more senior roles.
3. Skills: • Strong understanding of marketing principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp).
• Social media and digital marketing expertise.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
4. Preferred:
