Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and grow market share.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth and brand awareness, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Online Marketing:
- Manage and optimize the company’s online marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase online sales through the company’s website and third-party platforms.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of online content, ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand message and appeals to the target audience.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including content creators, social media specialists, and digital marketers.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure consistent communication and support between marketing initiatives and customer feedback.
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members to foster growth, creativity, and a performance-driven culture.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and budget.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts through KPIs and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Brand and Product Management:
- Oversee brand management and product marketing, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Develop promotional materials and marketing collateral that effectively communicate product benefits and features.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the health and wellness industry to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
- Customer Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs, referral programs, and promotions to boost customer retention.
- Use customer feedback and market research to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze performance data from various marketing channels to make informed decisions and report on results to senior management.
- Utilize customer data and analytics to segment audiences, personalize campaigns, and drive more targeted marketing efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and e-commerce (preferably in the health and wellness industry).
- Proven experience in managing a team and working cross-functionally with customer service or other departments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on data-driven results.
