The Marketing Manager will take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution in Saudi Arabia, focusing initially on our launch campaign and setting up the marketing function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Go-To-Market & Launch Strategy
- Develop and execute Dwelleo’s launch marketing plan for the Saudi market.
- Define positioning, messaging, and target audience strategies for maximum market penetration.
- Coordinate launch events, PR activities, partnerships, and media coverage.
- Brand Development & Awareness
- Build and maintain a strong, recognizable brand identity aligned with Dwelleo’s vision.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, content, and brand assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Digital Marketing & Growth
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across social media, search, and digital platforms to drive traffic and leads.
- Optimize marketing funnels, conversion rates, and user engagement metrics.
- Leverage data analytics to track and improve performance.
- Marketing Department Leadership
- Set up and lead the marketing team (in-house & outsourced) to deliver campaigns effectively.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and agency relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align strategies.
- Partnerships & Community Engagement
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and real estate industry stakeholders.
- Represent Dwelleo at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in startup environments, PropTech, or real estate platforms.
- Proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies and successful product launches.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and performance marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a hands-on execution style.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
- Experience in the Saudi real estate sector.
- Established media and influencer network in KSA.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and analytics platforms.
