Kilow simplifies medical weight loss through GLP-1 medication (e.g., Ozempic, Munjaro), personalized lifestyle plans, and comprehensive support. We are the only digital health platform in Saudi Arabia offering a complete solution for weight loss, with true medical guidance every step of the way. From doctor consultations to lab tests, medication delivery, and ongoing support, Kilow transforms weight loss into a manageable and sustainable journey to better health—all from the comfort of your home.

The Company

Kilow emerged from Sanabil Studios, a venture studio within the Sanabil ecosystem. After five months of development, we've now been in the market for just over a month, offering a truly unique digital health service in Saudi Arabia.

The Role

As the Marketing Manager and a key leader within Kilow's founding team, you will play a central role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. You'll lead the delivery of all marketing campaigns, managing timelines and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure integrated execution. From creating impactful campaigns to shaping the brand voice and tone, you'll be hands-on in building and leading Kilow's marketing efforts.

You'll need to be agile, balancing both strategic planning and execution. As we're a startup, you'll be a team of one initially, and you won't hesitate to roll up your sleeves to get things done—whether designing creatives or rebranding. You'll lead by example and contribute to a dynamic, results-oriented work environment.

You will:

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement Kilow's marketing strategy (digital, PR, activations, etc.)
  • Manage timelines for all marketing and communications efforts
  • Build and manage social media and digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Google)
  • Design creatives (initially handled by the CEO) and oversee content creation
  • Work with key stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Source and collaborate with agencies, partners, and vendors

Brand Activations / Events

  • Develop and lead brand activation efforts, ensuring creative, innovative, and targeted executions
  • Lead the planning and execution of joint events with partners in Saudi Arabia
  • Create and manage brand activation strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and connection

Partner

  • Develop industry-relevant relationships with partners
  • Brief and co-manage relationships with external partners

Community Marketing

  • Lead all community marketing efforts, integrating both online and offline activities into broader campaigns
  • Conceptualize and deliver community marketing projects to foster brand loyalty

Media & Innovation

  • Contribute to campaign creative strategy across traditional and innovative applications
  • Stay up to date on global trends in media and activation, proposing globally-relevant activations for the brand
  • Measure and optimize marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure cost-effectiveness

You are:

  • An experienced marketing professional (7-10 years) with a background in activation and brand management
  • Skilled in digital marketing with a track record of innovative campaigns
  • Able to manage and lead multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficient in both English and Arabic, with a strong understanding of the cultural nuances in Saudi Arabia
  • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and Figma
  • Passionate about healthcare (a plus) and excited to work in a dynamic startup environment
  • A natural leader who can inspire, innovate, and execute
