Marketing Manager - Bostani

Bustani Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join its team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at promoting Bustani's products and services, increasing brand awareness, and driving business growth. Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.

Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.

Implement digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and email marketing.

Create engaging and diverse marketing content across various platforms.

Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Analyze marketing campaign results and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Managing and directing the marketing team and developing its skills.

Keeping abreast of the latest developments and new marketing technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in a leadership role in marketing management, preferably in the food or agricultural sector.

Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
