Job Overview:
As a Marketing Manager at Wnees, you will lead the marketing efforts, overseeing the planning, development, and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Your main goal will be to enhance brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and increase engagement through various marketing channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, analytical, and strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and services across multiple channels.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including copywriting, visuals, and video, to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and execute campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending while achieving maximum ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing tools, technologies, and industry best practices to enhance the company's marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing roles and campaign creation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a marketing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing performance data to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in [specific industry/domain] or with [specific products/services].
- Familiarity with various tools such as Adjust, MoEngage, Google Analytics, etc.
