About the Role:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who blends strategic vision with technical fluency. You’ll lead our marketing efforts end-to-end: from brand and content to automation and AI-powered growth. You’ll not only run campaigns — you’ll build systems that run them at scale.


What You’ll Do:

  • Build and execute our go-to-market strategy and sharpen our brand positioning.
  • Own our marketing automation stack: from lead nurturing to campaign orchestration and analytics.
  • Manage and grow our digital presence across social media, SEO, and paid performance.
  • Collaborate on government tenders and public sector bids with tailored messaging and materials.
  • Integrate AI tools and agents to enhance content creation, targeting, personalization, and lead generation.
  • Analyze performance, market trends, and competitors to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Build and lead a lean, high-output marketing team.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategy role.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AI tools and agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, personal AI agents).
  • Experience supporting government tenders and RFPs in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills — in both Arabic and English.
  • A builder mindset: you’re curious, fast, and hands-on.
