As a Marketing Lead, you’ll oversee our marketing strategy end to end, creating data-driven initiatives that generate demand, drive engagement, and support customer retention. You’ll work cross-functionally to align product marketing, digital marketing, and content efforts into a cohesive strategy. They are detail-oriented, analytical, and creative—balancing storytelling with performance marketing. They’re comfortable managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional collaboration, and working with external partners when necessary.

Marn is a technology company established in 2017. It was acquired by Jahez in 2023. The company develops Electronic Cash Register (ECR) “AKA cloud cashier system” software integrated with payment services to provide a one-stop solution for businesses in F&B, Retail, Entertainment, and Services. Marn grew massively in the past two years and continues accelerating its customer base's growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Lead product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new features and updates.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email, and social media.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Oversee SEO, paid media, and performance marketing efforts to ensure maximum visibility and conversion rates.
- Leverage data analytics tools to track marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Build and oversee a network of freelancers and agencies to execute creative and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor positioning.
- Craft compelling messaging that resonates with our B2B audience and differentiates our offerings in the market.
- Plan and oversee participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Take ownership of projects by breaking down tasks, setting clear priorities, and managing timelines effectively.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in product marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage freelancers and external agencies effectively.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Deep understanding of POS systems, B2B SaaS, and industry trends.
- Experience planning and executing marketing initiatives for events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
