About The Role

Assist in developing and leading brand activation/execution. Support in managig new product launches, promotion calendar and media to drive sustainable brand consumption and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BAM to achive accelerated share, sales and profit growth for assigned brand portfolio.
• Assist in developing and executing Consumer Activations/Connections through Digital platforms
• Assist with executing in-market new product launches with excellence.
• Support to adapt and roll out global brand toolkits (materials, claims, copy) to drive consumer/customer connection.
• Assist in activating brands across digital platforms through driving local digital insights.
  
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• A university degree, or equivalant
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Digital Platforms and KPIs
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills
• Comfortable working and leading team members with diverse culture and experience aligning to achieve outcomes
• High Consumer Obsession (driving consumer connections and plans), Risk taker and high learning agility
• Growth mindset, proactive and energetic are the key attributes in delivering Job Purpose
