We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Events Manager to lead the leasing strategy for a residential compound in Riyadh. This role focuses on driving occupancy by targeting businesses that would benefit from housing employees near the airport and key business districts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a dynamic marketing strategy, proactively engage potential corporate tenants through cold calling and meetings and negotiate B2B leasing contracts alongside the Senior Property Manager. With over 700 units ranging from 1-bedroom apartments to 5-bedroom villas, the goal is to maximize occupancy through strategic outreach, market analysis, and effective digital and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Events management:

Manage annual event planning, including vendor coordination.
    Supporting event set-up. Managing registration and check-in processes via the application. Coordinating event logistics with support from the wider team. Assisting with event marketing and promotion. Maintaining event schedules and timelines. Providing on-site support during events. Collecting feedback and conducting post-event evaluations
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in event planning.

Customer service/ Stakeholder Engagement:


  • Work closely with the leasing officer to shape the customer experience approach for residential occupiers.
  • Develop and maintain a professional understanding and close working relationship with residents. Encourage frequent and open communication and flow of information on relevant leasing issues with the Senior Property Manager. Actively engage with wider Savills property team to ensure that we stay abreast of industry trends
  • Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all the site team across the compound.
  • Encourage frequent and open communication and flow of information on leasing and marketing initiatives.

Force for Good:

  • Actively promote and implement ESG initiatives across the compound and drive the adoption of policies and procedures and ensure these are adhered consistently across the compound.
  • Ensure full understanding of the sustainability ESG agenda. Actively contribute to and suggest initiatives for the compound.
  • Be abreast of any new initiatives, which could improve ESG performance across the compound.
  • Ensure that ESG initiatives are discussed with occupiers raising awareness of the work being done on the compound and promote where possible.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experienced in residential property leasing.
  • Experience in C2C and B2B.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft package.
  • Interest in sustainability and ESG initiatives.
  • Experience of working with financial targets.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
  • Excellent relationship builder.
  • Exercising tact, diplomacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • To be experienced in working alone and or as a part of an integral team to deliver the Vision and Values of Savills.
  • Professional, measured approach with strong work ethic.
