We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing, Communication & Client Director for a 6-month temporary contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
As the Marketing, Communication & Client Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Cartier's strategic initiatives and drive client engagement within a vibrant and evolving market.
With an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for image excellence and client engagement, you will ensure Cartier’s clients experience exceptional service and deepen their connection with the Maison during this 6-month period. Your strong management and communication skills will be crucial in engaging stakeholders, prioritizing business performance, client experience, loyalty, and engagement. You thrive in complex, dynamic environments and excel at prioritization, time, and people management.

As the Marketing, Communication & Client Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Cartier's strategic initiatives and drive client engagement within a vibrant and evolving market.

Your strong management and communication skills will be crucial in engaging stakeholders, prioritizing business performance, client experience, loyalty, and engagement. You thrive in complex, dynamic environments and excel at prioritization, time, and people management.
As a key member of the KSA Exco, you will contribute to strategic vision and be entrusted with the following:
- Strategy & Leadership: Lead the market’s Communication, Marketing, and Client strategy, adapting global initiatives locally. Drive action plan creation, foster regional synergies, and ensure timely support for business opportunities. Act as a local expert for global strategy adaptation.
- Marketing & Communication Expertise: Oversee sales forecasts, optimize stock levels, and manage internal product communication. Define and implement 360 action plans for product lines and novelties. Plan and execute campaigns to maximize brand equity, exposure, and visibility across various channels (events, media, CRM).
- Client Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to maximize client engagement and loyalty. Support commercial teams in optimizing clienteling actions and manage client-telling programs. Monitor CRM results and co-construct bespoke animation calendars.
- Events: Define and implement events to build brand equity and support product launches, coordinating client selection and organization.
- Team & Budget Management: Directly responsible for several team members and external stakeholders, contributing to talent development and fostering a creative culture. Define, monitor, and forecast the KSA MCC and T&E budgets.
- You are have a proven track record in defining and driving marketing, communication and client strategies at Director equivalent level, with previous luxury brand experience.
- You know exactly how to drive brand equity and how to create compelling luxury in-store experiences.
- You are a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset fueled by creativity.
- You are performance driven with a strong analytical acumen and curiosity to understand client behaviours and product performance.
- You are a people developer that aligns the team to a shared vision and knows how to onboard other stakeholders across the Region and HQ.
- You are fluent preferably in multiple languages with spoken and written English mandatory (additional language skills are a plus).
