Marketing and Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
>Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
>Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government entities, corporate clients, and private organizations to enhance visibility and usage of the service.
>Develop tailored offers for specific market segments, including educational institutions and corporate clients.
2. Marketing Strategy:
>Develop and implement annual marketing plans to increase brand awareness and revenue.
>Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
>Collaborate with stakeholders to position the service as a leading travel option in the region.
3. Social Media Campaigns:
> Plan, manage, and optimize creative social media marketing campaigns to engage and attract target audiences.
> Monitor social media metrics and trends to ensure campaigns align with brand strategies and deliver desired outcomes.
> Manage content creation, posting schedules, and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
4. Team Leadership:
>Oversee a team of marketing and business development professionals, ensuring alignment with project goals.
>Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
>Monitor and analyze team KPIs, implementing improvements where necessary.
5. Performance Analysis:
>Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns using data-driven insights.
>Adjust strategies based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in marketing, business development, or social media campaign management. Previous experience in transportation or service industries is a plus.
Skills:
>Proven expertise in creating and managing social media campaigns.
>Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
>Solid leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams.
>Full computer proficiency, including marketing tools and analytics platforms.
