ABB Smart Buildings enables optimization of energy efficiency, safety, security and comfort for
any building type, through new installations or retrofit solutions. The Division offers integrated digital technologies to control HVAC, lighting, shutters, and security, in addition to energy distribution solutions including DIN rail products, enclosures and emergency lighting through to industrial plugs and sockets and conventional wiring accessories, accommodating for single family homes, multiple dwellings, commercial buildings, infrastructure and industrial applications. The Division’s highly innovative technologies and digital solutions serve rising global demand among real estate developers, owners, and investors for smart building technologies that optimize energy distribution and building automation. The scalable solutions aim to deliver significant sustainable and financial benefits, meeting social and environmental demands, while being able to address even the most complex of customers’ carbon reduction strategies.

- Strategic Planning & Market Development Develop and implement local go-to-market product marketing strategies aligned with global direction. Define and execute business plans focused on key segments, channels, and applications in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. Ensure balanced growth across all product lines, product groups, and business units by promoting technical solutions and applying a value-based selling approach.
- Performance Management & Execution Excellence Oversee the achievement of defined targets by monitoring progress and initiating improvement actions. Drive execution of cross-divisional, product group, and regional initiatives, including product launches and customer events. Focus on key performance metrics such as total demand orders (ABB and third-party), growth margin, net price variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS), inventory turnover, and on-time delivery.
- Customer & Market Insights Evaluate market opportunities and coordinate strategic activities across local divisions and business units. Understand customer, segment, and channel needs to identify new business opportunities. Implement market pricing policies, conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and support corrective actions to enhance customer experience and drive continuous improvement in NPS.
- Collaboration, Enablement & Best Practices Develop and execute annual marketing plans and product support initiatives in collaboration with global business units and Sales teams. Ensure effective engagement with strategic key accounts and share functional best practices across the organization. Provide training and support to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure alignment with global marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications For The Role
- Highly skilled in Sales tools, Sales Force.com, Marketing Automation and the overall Mobility market segments including integrations with various software, energy monitoring and control and electrification of mobility infrastructure.
- You have 2-5 years of experience in Mobility portfolio
- Highly adept in Middle east market and channel management.
- You are passionate about Business development and collaborative teamwork.
- Proven experience of bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- You are at ease communicating in Arabic and English
