Market Development Manager

The Role

• Conduct market resource searches and maintain relationships with related parties. • Source manufacturers and manage the delivery and transport of production and construction materials. • Explore and cultivate core business relationships according to the business scope and plan, including conducting credit investigations and initiating qualification examinations. • Provide services such as platform procurement, sales, digital operation of shopping malls, housekeeper management, and international business inquiries. • Prepare business plans, cultivate core business, and improve business quality. • Negotiate and sign market-based contracts. • Implement risk prevention and control measures, regularly identify and report business anomalies and risks. • Ensure the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) responsibilities as per the division of responsibilities. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or other Middle Eastern countries, or a strong intention to develop a long-term career in Saudi Arabia. • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with a background or work experience in petrochemical equipment. • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and Chinese is preferred. • Good physical health, strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills. • High sense of responsibility and execution, with the ability to perform and complete duties effectively. • Honest, responsible, and trustworthy, with a commitment to long-term employment with the company.
