Manufacturing Production Workers - Experienced Para-Professional

Team: Manufacturing department

Role: Wiring & Assembly operator

Scope: Application of strict working instructions and fixed operating procedures (Mechanical assembly, basic wiring operation of subassembly, ..) in respecting cost constraint, lead time and safet

• Realize simple manual assembly operations with fixed operating procedures,
• Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health and safety
• Know the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes.
• Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode
• Ensure the quality of the operations performed by controlling and respecting the standards
• Ensure maintenance level 1 & 2
• Ensure recording Red / Green performance monitoring in accordance with rules established
• Can work with specific equipment needing particular training and competences
• Ensure the quality of the operations performed by controlling and respecting the standards, applying ‘Quality at the source’ principle
• Input production data (Quantity) in the information system (or with paper support)
• Analyse and report all non-quality events identifying during the working day.
