We are seeking to hire a management consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate must be able to work within a team environment, manage team deliverables, and ensure high quality across different projects. Additionally, he should possess analytical skills to analyse project requirements, identify objectives, and align deliverables with the budget. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, conducting studies, and facilitating communication within the team.

Responsibilities:
- Identify project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Develop new business processes and analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems.
- Translate business requirements into detailed deliverables of higher quality.
- Evaluate project outcomes in terms of quality, consistency, accuracy, overall value, completion dates and provider performance.
- Lead knowledge building and sharing, using knowledge management methodologies, techniques, and processes.
- Coordinate with others to utilize learning and development tools and techniques to analyse, identify and communicate requirements for change.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as ( Business Administration, Finance, Economics, industrial engineering, management information system, statistics ..etc )
- 3-5 years of experience in the management consulting business.
- Strong knowledge of the consulting industry, including its practices, competitors, and typical problems that it faces.
- Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques.
- Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans to implement solutions.
- Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Reasonable experience in Power BI and dashboard
- A great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.
- Self-motivated and capable of leading a team.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
