Managing Director – Industrial Pump Manufacturing

The Company

A fast-growing international industrial group is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead and scale one of its key manufacturing plants in Saudi Arabia.

The site specializes in the manufacturing of pumps and technical equipment for the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Full leadership of a manufacturing site undergoing major expansion.
• Full P&L ownership: financial management, revenue growth, operational optimization.
• Oversee Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.
• Implement world-class manufacturing practices and structured processes.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
• Lead mid- and long-term investment projects (new production lines, capacity increase, modernization).
• Ensure compliance with international manufacturing standards (e.g., ISO, API, ASME).
• Maintain structured and regular reporting to Group HQ.

Profile Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a full-scale industrial manufacturing plant (pumps, valves, pressure equipment, or similar highly engineered products).
• Strong background in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
• Full P&L ownership at plant or business unit level.
• Solid operational experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
• Fluent English required; Arabic highly appreciated.
• 20+ years of industrial leadership experience.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: circa 60,000 SAR/month (~16,000 USD/month gross).
• Performance Bonus: up to 20% of annual base salary based on site performance and strategic milestones.
