Job Purpose:

To monitor and maintain the department performance at appropriate level including timely delivery of technical support services related to inspection and troubleshooting of control system in safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner as to ensure integrity and reliability of system.

Key Accountabilities:

  • To ensure effective execute maintenance plan in safely a cost effectiveness for Control Systems in all plants (SAN, IBB and ALB).
  • Part of Run and Maintain Team responsible to effectively execute maintenance plan, ensure comply with Maintenance work process, and Maintenance procedure.
  • Comply with SAN policies and SHEM’s procedures and contribute to achieve target SHE rates as well as quality procedures and SAN ISO certified standards, accountable for all subordinates’ safety compliance and leading assigned safety investigation or analysis.
  • Support operation and maintenance daily activities (normal or emergency cases), assess risks and ensure all tools and manpower required are provided for completing the work activities and performing human resource responsibilities.
  • Control and manage the breakdown, preventive, Simple Maintenance and ensure quality of entered data in SAP as well as ensure proper update of equipment history files.
  • Ensure to enhance reliability and availability of equipment, especially SHE and production critical equipment, by utilizing all internal and external resources including vendors and contractors. In addition, all other relevant documents to be documented and tracked.
  • Ensure the availability of spare parts of EHSS and production critical and other required spares, review and approve new spare part registration formalities, and follow up for all issues related to machines/system obsoleteness.
  • Lead all related TAM/Shutdown preparation, coordination, execution, quality checks, and following up on findings.
  • Prepares financial budget for his Section, communicate cost control targets to the Department Sr. Manager. Monitor his Budget against plan and taking.
  • Ensure employee knowledge by conducting on job / classroom training sessions. Also, ensure that Individual Development Plan & Training are completed as per the employee’s development plan requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Control system & instrumentation Engineering.
  • 10+ Years of Experience.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Understanding of environmental aspects, environmental regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Knowledge of environmental aspects & impacts – their identifications, monitoring & control.
  • Good understanding of concepts of reliability and integrity.
  • Conversant with relevant engineering standards.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable control Systems & instrumentation procedures and work instruction.
  • Knowledge of SHE – Safety, health, and Environment Management System – Standards and Policies/Procedures.
  • Supervisory and man management skills.

Work Availability

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Monday – Friday)] during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
