Position Summary
To support the implementation and monitoring of the strategic priorities and KPIs for all departments. Provide strategic analysis and reports to aid business decision-making and help KAPSARC achieve its strategic goals.

Major Responsibilities
Strategy Implementation
  • Support the management team to ensure that the overall business strategy is translated into annual operational business plans for every department, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with the overall strategy.
  • Collate inputs towards the revision of the organizational strategy and KAPSARC’s company plans based on stakeholder feedback, corporate performance, or identification of new needs and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Strategic Analysis and Implementation Roadmap
  • Conduct internal and external strategic analysis for KAPSARC, ensuring a thorough understanding of the broader external landscape and the environment in which KAPSARC operates, as well as understanding KAPSARC’s strategy and performance trends. Identify gaps and provide recommendations for improvement to the senior management.
  • Support the development of a comprehensive strategy map that includes strategic objectives, KPIs, implementation plans, identified risks, change management and communication plan, and more, to provide a clear roadmap for implementing strategic priorities at KAPSARC.
Strategic Communication
  • Develop and manage a structured communication plan to ensure that all internal stakeholders are informed of key strategic updates in a timely and effective manner.
  • Review, refine, and ensure the quality and consistency of all strategic materials presented externally, including reports, proposals, and presentations, ensuring alignment with KAPSARC’s strategic goals and positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a unified voice in communicating strategy-related updates and outcomes.
Performance Management
  • Support the development of the department objectives and KPIs, targets, and strategic initiatives. Work closely with the department heads to ensure proper cascading and alignment.
  • Track and communicate department performance against the targets and operational plans, ensuring any deviations are identified and managed in a timely manner.
Project Management
  • Track and monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project dashboards, progress reports, and KPIs to track the status of strategic initiatives, facilitating effective decision-making and progress reviews.
  • Identify and address project risks or roadblocks by coordinating with stakeholders and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
Institutional Excellence
  • Demonstrate experience in driving institutional excellence through the development and implementation of strategies, standards, and processes that enhance organizational performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Communication and Relationship Management
  • Collate and integrate the initiatives from all departments, developing a communication plan to ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Build and foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, providing high-quality professional services to manage their expectations and fulfill their needs.
Organizational Committees
  • Organize and manage internal committee meetings by recording minutes, following up on decisions, and ensuring all information is communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collate inputs from relevant stakeholders, develop integrated presentations for the committee, and circulate them as per protocol to ensure timely sharing of information.
Reporting
  • Analyze information and prepare management reports and dashboards in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring they meet the requirements, policies, and quality standards while maintaining confidentiality.
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
  • Provide inputs into the design and implementation of policies, systems, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are met while delivering quality, cost-effective service.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
Related Assignments
  • Perform any other duties the organization requires.

Qualifications
Recommended Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Management Systems, or relevant fields, with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Management Systems. or relevant fields, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
