We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter with a proven track record in managing large deals within the Public Sector (PS) in KSA. The ideal candidate will possess strong connections and relationships within the PS customer base and demonstrate a deep understanding of the market landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Public Sector
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the PS customer base
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and support, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on managing large deals within the Public Sector
• Strong network and connections within the Public Sector customer base, including government agencies and entities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  
  

7.10+ years of relevant work experience in industry

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be essential
