Responsibilities

During your tenure as a Manager in the Business Resilience practice you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management and Supply Chain Resilience for clients across various industries. This role involves leading client engagements, ensuring best practices in recovery and resilience strategies, and overseeing the ongoing support and enhancement of response, recovery and management plans. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of BCM standards, risk assessments, crisis management, and disaster recovery, with a focus on building resilient business practices. They will collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored BCM programs while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards and will demonstrate and develop there capabilities in the following areas:

  • Lead multiple client engagements, managing the development and implementation of BCM frameworks tailored to client needs.
  • Robust knowledge and experience in implementing leading BCM practices and international standards (I.e. ISO 22031) including the development of BCM policies and procedures, leading the delivery of Business Impact Analysis and Threat Risk Assessment sessions, development of BCM program response and recovery Plans and others.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop incident and crisis management framework and plans, ensuring business resilience during disruptions.
  • Provide expert guidance on BCM standards such as ISO 22301, NFPA 1600, and other industry best practices.
  • Facilitate training sessions, simulations, and tabletop exercises for clients to test and validate their continuity plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to Business Continuity and Crisis Management.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to lead business development activities in terms of building client relationships and leading proposal and solutions development
  • Masters / bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 LI/LA, ISO 22361 are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Masters / bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 LI/LA, ISO 22361 are a plus.
  • 7 to 9 years of experience, with at least 4 years in consultancy / firm with a supervisor or project management role.
