Manager, Performance Support (918)

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and enhancing procurement performance monitoring, reporting, and improvement initiatives across the organization. The Manager, Performance Support, ensures that all procurement activities are tracked, analyzed, and reported effectively to drive transparency, compliance, and strategic decision-making. This role focuses on developing key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and analytics tools that provide actionable insights into procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and value delivery. The Manager also supports continuous improvement programs, ensures alignment with strategic objectives.

Performance Measurement and Reporting

• Develop and manage procurement KPIs, metrics, and scorecards that measure effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on procurement performance to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive visibility into spend, savings, and supplier performance.
  
  

Data Analytics and Insights

• Lead the analysis of procurement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Use analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SAP, Ariba) to develop dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide insights that guide strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Identify performance gaps and develop improvement initiatives in collaboration with category managers and procurement operations.
• Support the implementation of process enhancements and digital transformation projects.
• Promote best practices and standardization in performance tracking and reporting.
  
  

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with procurement teams, finance, and planning functions to ensure data alignment and reporting accuracy.
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate regular performance review meetings and contribute to management reporting packs
  
  

Governance and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to procurement governance frameworks and internal control requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for performance reports and analyses.
• Support internal and external audits by providing data, reports, and compliance evidence as required.
  
  

Team and Capability Development

• Build analytical and reporting capabilities within the team through training and coaching.
• Encourage innovation in data visualization, process automation, and performance analysis methods.
• Ensure high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all deliverables.
