Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager - Onboarding (Saudi National) to join our Human Resources team. In this key role, you will oversee the entire onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth entry into the organization and fostering a welcoming and engaging culture. You will collaborate with various departments to design and implement effective onboarding programs that reflect our commitment to excellence.

- Lead and manage the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance onboarding programs that effectively integrate new employees into the culture of Qiddiya
- Conduct orientation sessions that introduce new hires to the company's values, mission, and operations
- Collaborate with department heads to tailor onboarding plans that meet specific team needs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs through employee feedback and performance metrics
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance throughout the onboarding process
- Work closely with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary resources and training are available for new employees
- Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including handbooks, training manuals, and digital resources
- Support the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, leveraging best practices and emerging trends in employee engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in onboarding, human resources, or talent management
- Strong understanding of onboarding best practices and strategies for employee engagement
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficient in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for improving processes and employee experiences
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Saudi National preferred to align with company diversity and localization goals
