We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager - IT Operational Excellence to lead our IT operational strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and the highest standards of service delivery.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in IT processes and systems, optimizing operational performance, and fostering a culture of excellence within the IT department.

- Develop and implement IT operational excellence strategies that align with Qiddiya's vision and goals
- Analyze and enhance IT processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability
- Lead initiatives to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity and availability of IT services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions within the IT domain
- Establish KPIs to measure and report on the effectiveness of IT operations and improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure optimal service delivery
- Facilitate training and development programs to elevate the technical skills within the IT team
- Prepare and present regular reports on IT operational performance to senior management
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform operational excellence strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in IT operations management, preferably in a large-scale organization
- Proven track record in process optimization and operational excellence frameworks
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles (ITIL, COBIT, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration
