Manager – IT & Digital Transformation


We are looking for a Manager – IT & Digital Transformation to join an IT function and play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s technology and digital agenda.

This role combines strategy creation with hands-on delivery, working across IT and the business to modernise systems, introduce digital capabilities and enable scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive IT and digital transformation strategy, aligned with business priorities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives across core systems, data and digital platforms
  • Translate business needs into practical, technology-led solutions
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools, analytics and automation to support better decision-making and efficiency
  • Own requirements, solution design, implementation and rollout in partnership with internal teams and vendors
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with IT architecture standards
  • Track delivery progress and ensure measurable business outcomes

Experience & Background

  • 7+ years’ experience in IT transformation, digital strategy or technology delivery roles
  • Strong preference for experience in FMCG, retail, hospitality or telecoms environments
  • Proven ability to set direction and execute, not just design strategy
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale technology initiatives within IT functions
