Manager - Integration

The Manager - Integration at Qiddiya Investment Company is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and managing the integration of various systems and processes within the organization. This position will lead integration initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support the execution of large-scale projects aligned with the vision of Qiddiya. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills to drive successful integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration strategies that ensure seamless communication between different systems and departments
• Lead the design, testing, and deployment of integration solutions that align with business objectives and operational needs
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to manage integrations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Monitor and evaluate integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure timely delivery of integration projects
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on integration-related issues
• Document integration processes, workflows, and system relationships to maintain comprehensive knowledge management
• Stay informed about the latest integration technologies and methodologies to recommend innovative solutions
• Facilitate training and workshops to enhance team capabilities in systems integration
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in systems integration, software development, or related field, with a strong focus on project management
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex integration projects in a large organization
• Proficient in integration tools, APIs, middleware, and ETL processes
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
