Healthcare Services Activities
- Liaise with medical and non-medical staff internally and externally to ensure quality healthcare service for our members.
- Conduct outbound calls to our members based on specific defined and approved criteria to deliver healthcare services projects and programs.
- Receive Inbound calls from our members based on specific defined and approved criteria to deliver healthcare services projects and programs.
- Deliver Healthcare services projects based on specific defined and approved criteria.
- Maintain and update a database and tracker of all issues raised and members touched.
- Conduct follow up on open cases to ensure optimal members recovery and issue resolution.
- Answer medical queries from CS, Delegates, etc.
- Support the delivery of healthcare projects of our members for all healthcare projects and initiatives launched
- Maintain high level of quality in delivering Healthcare Services activities and projects to our members.
- Work in improvement and enhancement ideas to uplift quality of service levels.
- Support members requests from different channels (e.g. Mobile App, Email, Face to Face, etc) within the agreed KPI.
- Receive Helpline Inbound calls from both Bupa Members and Non-Members to deliver Healthcare Services projects based on specific defined and approved criteria.
- Collaborate with different functions in Bupa Arabia to deliver the company strategic objectives.
- Conduct Outreach programs to promote healthcare partnership and wellness agenda.
- Participate in Healthcare campaigns, such as Breast Cancer, Chronic Disease Management Programs etc.
